Book a Private Shopping Party
What's required for our parties?
- $50 non-refundable deposit
- Minimum of 10 guests, but the more the merrier!
- A nice open space for our trailer to be set up
- Our business must be the only one set up at the time and place of the event
- Hostess must report how many guests will be attending the day before event
- Must book out at least 1 month in advance
Most popular themes for our private boutique parties:
Morning Sip and Shop (9:30 AM - 11:30 AM)
Brunch (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
Birthday Party (1 PM - 3 PM)
Girls Night Out (6 PM - 8 PM)
Private party rewards:
Hostesses receive 20% off of purchases. If the guests spend over $500, the hostess will receive a $50 in-store gift card! If $1000 are spent, the hostess will receive a $100 in-store gift card plus a hostess gift! Guests will receive 10% off of their purchases.
Marketing for private party:
House of Ke`Chic will send the hostess a special online graphic invitation to help market the event to their friends, family, co-workers, or bridal party! The more money that is spent, the greater rewards for the hostess! So keep that in mind when sending invitations for your party. More guests = more money spent = more rewards for hostess!
Important Information!
**At least 10 guests must RSVP with the hostess the day before the party!**
The hostess is responsible for reporting to House of Ke`Chic how many guests plan on attending the day before of the party (a minimum of 24 hours n otice is preferred)so we can plan accordingly for bags. Email us here: hello@shopkechic.com
