Shipping policy

We use USPS Priority Mail as our preferred shipping method. Most orders ship out within 3-5 business days after order is received and take 2-5 business days to be delivered once shipped. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather etc. 

**FedEx and UPS shipping are available and handling fees may apply. FedEx and UPS are not eligible for our free shipping offer.

Order Processing Time

We process most orders within 3 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST or on weekends begin processing the following business day. 

Tracking Information

Customer will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.

Express Shipping *for eligible items*

We use USPS Priority Express Shipping. If your order is placed before 12:00 pm Eastern Time, and customer selects Express Shipping at check out, order will be shipped out the same day and received by the customer in 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 pm Eastern Time may ship out the next business day. Some areas do not offer express shipping, if this is the case, customer will be notified. 

Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. Express orders are always sent out as scheduled.

If your order is not eligible for express shipping, you will be notified and refunded the difference in the lower shipping cost. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

LMS Brands LLC dba House of Ke'Chic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

International Shipping

We offer USPS International Shipping. International orders take 6-10 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated). Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

Please note: LMS Brands LLC dba House of Ke'Chic is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about your package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to LMS Brands LLC dba House of Ke'Chic and cannot be refunded or resent.  

*Fees for return shipping labels will be deducted from available store credit.
